You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

I want to be able to return these and swap them for a 9 size? Is this possible?
Product received seemed fine, however, I needed to exchange the size. I received the box in a damaged condition and after corresponding with customer service initially, I was advised I would need to pay the $15 repackaging fee even though it was delivered in this condition.
I have emailed twice since they advised this to ensure they acknowledge the pictures I have sent & they have stopped responding.
I understand it's only $15 but the onus should not be on the customer for this but their courier. This is according to the consumer affairs website, so i will be following this up. They sent it in a soft bag & yet I'm supposed to pay for their damaged box.
Very disappointing that this is the way they handle customer care & refuse to respond to address & resolve the issue.

We are processing your orders as quickly as possible, most orders placed during business hours gets processed and shipped within a couple of hours of ordering, others could take up to 2 business days. Australian orders are sent via Australia Post eParcel and other couriers and best efforts are made to deliver products to you within 5 working days. All deliveries are issued with a tracking number.
International orders may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area & country, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail.
If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected. *Your signature may be required upon delivery.
