Lovely slippers. Soft and warm

I've just hit 55 years of youth and these are the first pair of slippers I have ever had. Daughter bought them as a late birthday present (using my credit card, of course) and they are really comfy and warm.

I overheat all the time - even in winter I get hot as hell but my feet are always cold, but so far with these slippers I have not felt like my feet are overcooking, which is the reason I have never worn slippers. When I got them they were tight and my big toe was right up against the front (despite ordering the same size as I normally take in a shoe) so I was a bit worried that I would have to return them and get a bigger size, given that they took 2 weeks to arrive to NZ (Aust Post and NZ Post delays); however the website - and the Eternal Fountain of Knowledge who is my daughter - said they will stretch. After 4 days of wearing them they have and they are really comfy.

I've seen one or two fellas down at the local mall wearing UGGs and thought "what a knob"; but I have now joined the Knob Brigade and wore mine down there last night because they are so comfy. To say I was a chick magnet is an understatement - women were throwing their shopping at me and yelling "you be you bro - be loud and proud and wear your UGGs EVERYWHERE!!!" So, I will do! I plan on wearing them to the office next week, and if HR have anything to say about it I will take them off and let them wear them...and soon the whole office will be wearing them.

The missus and the daughter have UGG slippers and wear them everywhere, however I flatly refuse to wear a rabbit-eared onesie like they do. I was the last one in the family to get a pair of UGGs despite them trying for the last god-knows-how-many-years to get me to wear slippers - any sort of slippers; so I guess we are now officially the UGG Family. I am truly honored.

If I had known years ago how stylish and comfortable these Hushly slippers were, I would have allowed my daughter to use my card to buy me a pair.

So far, I'm really happy with them and I am sure you will be too.
